We are seeking a proactive Junior Assistant F&B Manager to support daily operations, ensure excellent guest service, and assist in supervising staff. You’ll help maintain quality, hygiene, and inventory standards while working closely with the F&B team to deliver a great dining experience.

Chef De Partie

Responsible for running a specific kitchen section, such as grill, sauces, or pastries. Ensures food preparation meets quality and safety standards, supervises junior staff, and supports the Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
Demi Chef De Partie

Supports the Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting dishes in a specific kitchen section. Maintains cleanliness, follows recipes and safety standards, and helps train junior staff as needed.
Chef de Partie - Pastry

Leads the pastry section, preparing high-quality desserts, breads, and baked goods. Ensures consistency, presentation, and hygiene standards, while supervising and training pastry team members.
Assistant Purser
