What is the Fast Track?
The Starboard Cruise Services Fast Track Assistant Manager program is an accelerated path for experienced retail leaders. Instead of starting from scratch, you enter directly at Assistant Manager level with a clear path to Retail Sales Manager within your first contract.
We are hiring 10 to 15 candidates for this program. Spots are limited and selection is competitive.
Key Requirement
Proven retail leadership experience — managing teams of minimum 10 people.
If you have led teams in department stores, shopping malls, retail chains, banks, or any high-volume sales environment — this program is for you.
Full Requirements
Retail leadership experience managing teams of 10+ people
Age 21 or older
Intermediate to advanced English (conversational)
Strong sales track record
Clean criminal record
Valid passport or ability to obtain one
No visible tattoos on face, neck, or hands
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team
