All grievances are taken seriously and handled with full confidentiality.
You will receive a reference number upon submission to track your case.
Our management team will review your grievance within 5 business days.
No person who submits a grievance in good faith will face retaliation of any kind.
If your grievance relates to MLC 2006 compliance, it will be escalated to our compliance officer.
Anonymous submissions are accepted, though they may limit our ability to investigate fully.
