Key Requirement
Conversational to fluent Japanese — the primary non-negotiable requirement.
You do not need to be a native speaker. Latin Americans who have studied Japanese or lived in Japan are ideal.

Intermediate to advanced English
21 years or older
Retail or sales experience preferred
Outgoing personality
Clean criminal record
Valid passport
No visible tattoos on face, neck or hands
